DSB AND FUNKE IMPLEMENT CO-MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

FULLY AUTOMATED PROCESSES AND SMOOTH DATA EXCHANGE

As part of co-marketing campaigns, pay-TV provider SKY and FUNKE's program guide TV DIGITAL have been working together for some time. Now the processes and data exchange have been optimized in the background. New flexible interfaces ensure smooth real-time data exchange between FUNKE's e-shop, subscription management system and accounting system.

"After clicking buy, a predefined process chain is set in motion. The contact and payment data as well as subscription conditions entered in our online store are transferred to ccb-suite in real time via dsb connect. The subscription is created for us fully automatically and the downstream processes in Customer Care and Billing are started," Bettina Hinz, Managing Director at FUNKE direkt, explains the resource-saving back-office processes.
