The new web store of the British publisher Future is online.

At, readers from the UK, Europe and the United States can look forward to an e-shop optimized for mobile commerce. They can now subscribe to magazines from Future's special interest program even more conveniently. The online subscription store offers a total of 100 titles, each of which is available as a combination subscription, digital subscription or print-only subscription.

"Unlimited subscriptions, as we know them from Germany, are also becoming increasingly popular in the United Kingdom. However, the majority of readers buy their magazines on an annual or six-month subscription basis. The importance of the web store as an acquisition portal for the publishing program is therefore very high," explains Martin Wepper, CEO dsb ebusiness. "Before the store relaunch, we analyzed the customer journey in the old store in detail and kept improving the usability of the store." With, Future-Medienhaus has now set the course for a higher completion rate for online and print subscriptions.

A Responsive Design and thus an increase in mobile commerce sales were the focus of the relaunch. A new server architecture ensures an even better performing store. Conversion-increasing features, such as specially developed vouchers, are still part of the store.

The subscription store is the result of close exchange between the e-commerce specialists at dsb ebusiness and the Future e-commerce team. "The lively exchange forms the foundation for perfectly coordinated omni-channel campaigns," adds Sandra Militello. The plan includes further store optimizations and the launch of new features by the end of the year.
